And so it has officially began… WEDDING SEASON!! I am delighted to kick off wedding season with such an amazing couple!

Stacy & Todd met 7 years ago while vacationing in Las Vegas. Stacy played hard to get but eventually exchanged numbers with Todd. They saw each other a few times but it was difficult because Todd was from Boston and Stacy a New Yorker. The connection grew stronger in 2008 and Todd made a point to travel every weekend to see her! He eventually realized he couldn’t be without her and relocated to NYC to be with Stacy!! (Yes this actually does happen!!!) 1 year later he unexpectedly proposed to her while lunching in Central Park! Could this BE any more romantic??

The couple shares so many things but most importantly they love to laugh at one another, fine dining, family and friends and traveling. Stacy admits, “An argument can always be resolved over a great meal!”

The wedding will be held on April 30, 2011 at the fabulous Yale Club rooftop in NYC. The couple both share a love for NYC so after many deliberations on destination it just seemed like the most logical decision. It is after all her hometown and his new home in love! Originally Stacy wanted a sexy fitted dress but once the bridal gene absorbed she decided on an amazing Amsale gown. They are using Hank Lane’s L’evation band to rock the dance floor and Flowers by Jonathon to set the tone for the room!

Choosing a photographer was going to be one of the most important tasks on Stacy’s list of to dos because they are not the average bride & groom. They went by some friends’ recommendations but were coming across the same cheesy lovey dovey images one after another. Her best friend recommended checking out Anthony Vazquez and like any diligent bride she did. Stacy says, “I did not want to show Todd anymore wedding stuff, but he took one look at Anthony’s work and said, “Cool” with such enthusiasm, “Book him NOW””. The couple also declares, “You are a pleasure to work with, and not to mention extremely talented and from here on out I will only recommend YOU to everyone”!
